1. Purpose of the Website

The website provides information about:

• Federation leadership and activities
• Housing society registration

• Government Resolutions and circulars

The information is intended to support awareness, communication and co-operation among housing societies.

2. Society Registration

Housing societies interested in joining the Federation may apply through the online registration form.

Applicants must provide accurate and complete information about their society and its authorised representative.

The person submitting the application must be authorised to act on behalf of the housing society.

3. Registration Fee

A one-time society registration fee of ₹1,001 is applicable.

The payable amount will be displayed before the applicant proceeds with payment.

Any future changes to the registration fee will be communicated through the relevant registration information.

4. Registration Confirmation

Society registration will be confirmed automatically after successful verification of the required registration payment.

A registration confirmation and Federation registration reference number will then be generated.

Submitting the form or initiating payment does not, by itself, confirm registration.

Pending, unsuccessful or unverified payments may delay registration confirmation.

5. Accuracy of Information

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is correct.

The Federation may request clarification or correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.

6. Federation Registration and Government Recognition

Federation registration is separate from a housing society's statutory registration under applicable co-operative society laws.

Federation registration does not replace statutory registration, government permissions or approvals required from competent authorities.

It does not automatically establish eligibility for government schemes, redevelopment benefits or statutory entitlements.

7. Redevelopment and Government Information

The website may publish general information about redevelopment, government schemes, Government Resolutions, circulars and Federation representations.

Such information is provided for awareness and reference purposes.

Official requirements and approvals are governed by the relevant authorities and applicable documents.

The Federation does not guarantee redevelopment approval, financial assistance or government decisions through website registration.

8. Website Content

The Federation aims to provide useful and accurate information.

However, website content may be updated, corrected or revised when new information becomes available.

Visitors should verify important legal, financial and government matters through applicable official sources.

9. Acceptable Website Use

Visitors must not:

• Submit false registration information.
• Impersonate another person or society.
• Attempt unauthorised website access.
• Interfere with website security.
• Misuse website forms or services.

10. Payment Issues

Applicants experiencing payment failures, duplicate debits or registration confirmation issues should contact the Federation.

Payment requests will be handled in accordance with the published Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

The Federation does not control the content or policies of independent third-party services.

12. Limitation of Responsibility
